Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machine tools to produce precision components in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys. You'll own the process from setup to finished part, holding tight tolerances on equipment that's kept in real working order.

You'll read prints, dial in offsets, and run production with minimal oversight once a job's proven out — checking your own work along the way and troubleshooting when a cut isn't holding spec. Whether you're programming from scratch or running proven setups, precision and repeatability are what matter most.

Produce precision parts on manual equipment, reading engineering drawings and holding required dimensions and tolerances yourself, machine by machine. This is hands-on machining for someone who trusts their own feel for the work.

Working on lathes, mills, and other manual equipment, you'll take a part from raw stock to finished piece using your own judgment at every cut — no program running the show for you. It's a role for someone who's spent real time behind a manual machine and knows how to read a print, hold a tolerance, and catch a problem before it becomes scrap.

Check manufactured parts against engineering drawings, specs, customer requirements, and Knox's own quality standards before they move to the next operation or ship out.
